Environmental performance of a building, and its ability to implement sustainable operating practices is a growing demand. I assist by identifying practical pathways to meet this demand by reducing impact, enhance efficiency, and strengthen long-term asset value. This includes determining sustainability baselines and define achievable improvement and certification targets such as Green Star, NABERS, LEED, or BREEAM.
Sustainability Assessment, Certification & Green Building Reporting
A targeted review of water use, waste generation, and operational practices to identify inefficiencies and practical opportunities for improvement. While not a full sustainability assessment, this service focuses on optimising building performance and enhancing tenant experience through managing operational impact in water energy and waste services. The result is a focused, operationally grounded pathway to reducing footprint and improving asset efficiency.
Water, Energy, Waste & Footprint Management
This service oversees the management of a building’s environmental impact through targeted investigation to understand current systems and management of data, and planning to provide clear implementation strategies for meeting compliance obligations (business, client, building or territorial authority) and maintaining ongoing adherence. Ongoing support includes tracking energy and water use, air quality and emissions, waste and recycling performance, and the upkeep of environmental certifications. Where beneficial, I implement digital reporting tools and conduct regular audits to identify underperformance and improvement opportunities.
