Our Process
Implement
We work alongside property managers, consultants and other professionals to progress the agreed strategy, coordinate activities and ensure objectives are fulfilled.
Plan
We develop a Plan based on identified objectives, the property's performance and its future potential. This establishes a clear strategy, identifies priorities and sets out the actions required for the year ahead.
Oversee
We monitor performance, review professional advice and keep track of income, expenditure, leasing and capital works. We oversee the asset with no strings attached to minimise risk and provide flexibility with the assurity issues are managed, actions and matters progressed.
Review
Through regular reviews, we keep information flowing for transarancy around progress, emerging risks and upcoming decisions. We revisit priorities as circumstances change and use the annual review to inform the following year's Asset Management Plan.
